RETURN / REFUND POLICY
At Appliance Parts Canada, we are committed to customer satisfaction and operate in accordance with all applicable consumer protection laws. We are happy to process return requests that meet our return policy criteria.
All parts purchased from Appliance Parts Canada can be returned for an exchange or credit within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Electrical items must be in their original and unopened packaging.
Non-electrical items can be returned opened, but must include the original packaging and all contents that were originally included.
Installed parts are non-returnable, as they may be damaged by incorrect installation.
Special order items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once ordered.
No collect shipments will be accepted.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Appliance Parts Canada reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect shipment caused by Appliance Parts Canada.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date
The item must be in the same condition you received it
Unused, with tags, in its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Installed parts are not eligible for return

Damages and Issues
At Appliance Parts Canada, we take great care in processing and shipping your orders accurately.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and make it right.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the error is ours.
Please note: Special Order items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Appliance Parts Canada reserves the right to apply a restocking fee or other applicable charges where necessary.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is the result of an error by Appliance Parts Canada.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
