Merci :)
Worked okay, was really bent up: I put it around the tub to try and form it, but it was still difficult to install on our dryer drum. It did work well after installation was completed.
Had to give a little pre-stretch before install, removed what was left of the old felt gasket. The gasket was a little short/tight at first but did a little stretch before starting to glue. It would of been a mess otherwise. Then used the provided glue and worked my way around the drum with bulldog clips. The glue set at a good pace so had a little work time but dried pretty quickly. I did not attempt to rush the job and gave the glue some time before doing the next section. The dryer now is much better, went from running for an hour and not drying to drying in 20 minutes.
This company stands behind their products, and I appreciate that! My adhesive was punctured in shipping, which damaged the felts. This supplier replaced the product free of charge, and the replacement felt worked perfectly.
be sure to wear gloves the glue pours out fast, not like Elmers! I have fixed everything else on my dryer and then it kept breaking belts in just a few uses. one 3 inch spot was missing the felt on the rear lip of the drum and I guess it was enough to make it not spin. Anyway I was skeptical to do this myself but it was actually easy.
